Refund & Return Policy

At PawSylo, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@pawsylo.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
